CALL TO SALVATION

The greatest decision mankind will ever make in his/her life is to come to the acknowledgment and accept God’s free gift of salvation. We mankind will never function in our full capacity without our Creator, we are His creations and He is the Creator, we were created for His own pleasures. (Rev 4; 11)

You might have said all your decision that you have made in life so far has put you in the right place or has positively added value to your life. That can be a great factor, but the truth is that, the nature of man is built to be in fellowship with God. Man will never be able to accomplish his actual assignment here on earth without following the perfect will or the plan of God for his life. To be able to accomplish your real purpose here on earth God must be the ultimate satisfier of your soul.

Our Lord Jesus Christ made it so plainly in (John 15:5 KJV)

I AM the vine, you are the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Our Lord Jesus Christ categorically made mention of this statement, that without me you can do nothing, which simply means life is meaningless without the presence of the Creator. What we can see with our physical eyes is just a tiny fraction of who we are really made of. Man is a spirit, lives in a body, and possesses a soul. In essence, there is more to what we can see with our physical eyes.

YOU MAY BE ASKING A QUESTION

Why do I need God after all my great accomplishment in life and what value will it add to your life?

The Bible teaches us; “what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul” (Mark 8:36 KJV)

In this atmospheric habitant, God made every creature and species to dwell perfectly in their domain, birds are made to fly in the sky, fishes are made to live in the waters, animals dwell in the mountain or on their own habitation, therefore mankind was made to dwell in the perfect will of God to be able to live in safety and in peace on the earth. Our achievement on this earth has no greater effect without having a personal relationship with God. What God has chosen this end time is introducing His son Jesus Christ into this sinful world as a way and means to bring man back in perfect relationship with his Creator.

And then Jesus came on the scene and said I am the way, the truth, and the life and no man cometh to the Father but by me. (John 14:6 KJV). This is the perfect plan of God in calling everyone to salvation.

Since the day Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, man’s relationship with God was interrupted to the extent that the interrupter the devil became the god of the world.

Since that period, God has been longing for a better relationship with mankind to the point that He sent His only begotten son Jesus Christ into the world to draw us unto salvation. One of the most important verses indicated in the Bible is (John 6:44 KJV) when Jesus said no man can come to me, except the Father, which has sent me to draw him, and I will raise him up on the last day. Salvation is God’s personal plot that is deeply rooted and specially planned by Him alone as a personal advantage to draw man back to Himself. Why is God very much still interested in relation with man after all he is God by Himself and he is the Creator and he can create whatever he wants to create?

Man is the best property God has ever created, and because we were created in His image and likeness and we carry a unique seal from heaven that no species on this earth are able to produce. Mankind cannot draw himself to God except being drawn by the Spirit of God. Here comes God’s plan for everyone to know His son Jesus Christ and accepting Him as the Lord and Savior of their lives. There are ways in which those who are being called or drawn to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus experience the new birth transformation.

The first experience you will encounter is the conviction of the HOLY SPIRIT who convicts us of our sinful state, self-righteousness, and reminds us of the need to know the true and Holy God who from birth he has been waiting for us to unite with the Father. Not only that the Spirit of God begins to awaken us from our dead conscience or lack of interest to know Spiritual things. He gives us the well of living water, which brings the desire to know God and willingness to call Him our Father. From that moment that God CALL US TO SALVATION, we can now hear His voice in our hearts as the door to our Spirit man inclined toward our Creator and becomes fascinated with the things of the Spirit that were foolishness towards us.

That is why the most important decision a man will ever make is by accepting the Lord Jesus Christ into their hearts. This decision is vital; it does not only affect your whole life here on earth but will carry on to Eternal Life and our reward in Heaven. The whole essence of salvation is God redeeming us from our past failures and disappointments we brought toward our Creator right from the Garden of Eden when He entrusted us with everything that belongs to Him and at the end we turn our backs on Him.

The creation of mankind is very important to God than anything he has ever created. In fact, the Bible describes us that we are created in the image and likeness of God. This means there is no better way He could have made us but just like Himself. In essence, He refers to us a little God – Psalm 2.

WHY DO I NEED SALVATION

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 KJV)

For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23 KJV)

Our sins have separated us from our Creator (Isaiah 59:2 KJV)

Without the Creator involving in our lives, the devil can take advantage of us.
(John 10:10 KJV)

STEPS TO BE SAVED

If thou will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness and the mouth confession is made to salvation (Romans 10:9-10 KJV)

CONFESSION

Lord Jesus Christ. Come into my heart today. Forgive me of my sins. I believe that you are the son of God that died for me on the cross and rose from the dead to set me free from sin. I accept you into my heart. Change me; make me the person you want me to be. I am tired of living my own way, and I want to live your own way and I need your help, God. Create a clean heart in me right now and guide me from now on. I love you Jesus and I accept you as my Savior, you are the Lord of my life. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
